These terms govern your use of the Meridian OS website at os-meridian.com and any demo access we grant you. Meridian OS is operated by its founding team ("Meridian OS", "we", "us"). By using the site or a demo environment, you agree to these terms.
Access and eligibility
Meridian OS is a business tool for incoming travel companies, DMCs and destination operators. There is no open self-signup. Access to a demo or the product is granted at our discretion after a short manual qualification review. We may decline or withdraw access at any time.
Any credentials we issue are for your organisation's use only. You are responsible for keeping them confidential and for activity that occurs under them.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site or a demo environment: no attempts to breach security, disrupt the service, scrape at a scale that degrades it, or reverse-engineer the product. Demo environments contain sample data for evaluation only and must not be used to run a live operation.
Intellectual property
The site, the product, and all associated text, design, logos and software are owned by Meridian OS and protected by intellectual-property law. These terms grant you no licence beyond using the site and any demo we provide for evaluation.
No warranty; limitation of liability
The website and demo environments are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Product features described on the site — including fiscalization — are configured and validated per operator during a separate onboarding and are not represented as live in every market out of the box.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Meridian OS is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or a demo. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
