The sale and the operation are the same document
A sale is written against the departure the dispatcher is running. Each ticket carries the passenger, the passenger type, the price, the tax and the pickup station, and the seat count on the manifest moves as the sale is written. Payment method, currency, exchange rate and ticket language are captured on the sale itself.
Returns run through the same record rather than around it: a return stages a storno against the original bill and claws back the commission accrued on it, so the seller ledger and the departure P&L agree without a month-end adjustment. Business-to-business sales invoice the sub-agency instead of the guest, and fiscalize later on payment receipt.

Pickup station on the ticket
The station the guest is collected from is captured at the point of sale, so the roster the guide and the driver receive is built from what the seller entered, not from a later call.
Fiscalization configured per country
The fiscalization engine is selected per country and configured during onboarding. An operator whose country is not configured gets an explicit not-configured error, never a silently unfiscalized bill.
Deferred fiscalization for B2B
A book-for-agency sale is invoiced to the sub-agency and left un-fiscalized until payment is received, which is when it fiscalizes.
Fiscalization is designed in, and the engine is selected and configured per country during onboarding. Nothing here should be read as a statement that any particular country's regime is certified, supported or live — ask us about your market and we will tell you exactly where it stands.
