Meridian OS is built with GDPR in mind, and that starts with this site. This policy explains exactly what we collect, why, how long we keep it, and your rights. We keep it plain on purpose.
What we collect, and when
This site collects personal data only when you choose to submit one of the two forms on the homepage. We use Google Analytics 4 (a Google service) to understand site traffic, but it loads only after you accept analytics cookies in the consent banner — consent defaults to denied, so if you do nothing or decline, no analytics cookies are set. We do not run advertising trackers.
Demo request form: your company name, your full name, your work email, your company website, and the operation type you select. Operational assessment form: your country or destinations, approximate annual transfer volume, the tools you currently use, and your main operational pain points.
The site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts Google's servers to fetch them; no form data is sent in that request.
Why we use it
We use what you submit for one purpose: to carry out the manual qualification review, contact you about access or a pricing estimate, and set up a demo for your region. We do not sell your data or share it for marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry data only as long as needed to evaluate and follow up on your request, and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records. If your enquiry does not proceed, you can ask us to erase it sooner.
Data in the product (separate from this site)
Inside the Meridian OS product, guest data operators enter is handled with privacy by design: sensitive fields such as passport details are encrypted at rest, and a data-erasure request removes a client across every database schema. That processing is governed by the agreement between Meridian OS and each operator, not by this website policy.
Your rights and contact
You can ask us to access, correct or erase the personal data you submitted through this site, or object to our use of it. To exercise any of these rights, or for any privacy question, contact the founder and data controller at duje@os-meridian.com.
