Meridian OS did not come out of a software studio. It came out of fifteen years inside destination operations — dispatching the runs, selling the tickets, and answering the 7am call when a flight slipped and forty guests needed re-routing.

For most of those years the operation ran the way every incoming operation runs: bookings in one system, manifests in Excel, changes over WhatsApp, and the real plan in one or two dispatchers' heads. It worked, because the people were good. But it did not scale, it could not take a day off, and every peak season it came one sick day away from a bad morning.

Software shaped by the work

Every screen in Meridian OS exists because a real season demanded it. The conflict checks exist because someone, once, sent a coach it could not make. The drop-off sequencing exists because a driver spent forty minutes routing a full coach the wrong way. The self-reissuing manifests exist because a guest was left at the curb by a plan that had already changed.

It was built and rebuilt against a live operation until it finally matched the way the day actually happens — not the way a spec imagined it. Before it was ever shown outside the company, it ran 60,000 bookings in a single season.

Deterministic, explainable, human-in-the-loop

There is no predictive AI or machine-learning model in the product. The operational logic — conflict detection, distance-based sequencing, best-fit vehicle allocation — is deterministic, repeatable and explainable. Every flag shows its reasoning and stays a suggestion; the dispatcher always has the final call. That is what lets you trust it at 7am.
